East Coast Umbrella Guarantee
Product Guarantee
Umbrellas are guaranteed for one full year to be free
from defects in original material and workmanship. This guarantee
includes the following: frame, crank, tilt mechanism, housing,
rip cleats, valance clamps, cap, zipper, stuffing and fabric
cover.
This guarantee does not cover the following: product failure caused by unreasonable
use and / or care, acts of nature (i.e. wind / storm damage). If a defect in
original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period; the manufacturer
of this product will repair or replace, at its descretion, the product without
charge. If a problem occurs after the warranty period you may request a repair
or replacement quote upon inspection of the damage. Freight charges both ways
will be your responsibility after the warranty period.
Fabric Guarantee
Acrylic stripes and solids have a three year limited warranty which covers the
fabric becoming unservicable because of loss of color or strength due to normal
exposures conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals.
It does not cover labor and installation supplied by the dealer. They are 100%
Solution Dyed Acrylic.
The manufacturer does not guarantee the Printed Acrylics or the Polyesters against
fading, mildew, or colors rubbing off and they can not be returned because of
fading, mildew, or colors rubbing off.
Dry cleaning is recommended for the Printed Acrylics.
