ABOUT THE INFRARED SEAR SIDE BURNER

The Built In Infrared Sear Side Burner is an optional accessory appliance for your outdoor kitchen that allows you to sear your meats to perfection. The infrared sear side burner is equipped with a 23,000 BTU burner that can be built into any outdoor kitchen for enhanced cooking versatility.

The Hot Surface Ignition offers you a more reliable ignition system insuring the side burner works when needed. This burner comes with one 9.5 mm thick stainless steel grate offering rugged durability that you expect from KitchenAid. Stainless steel knobs offer easy to controls for temperature adjustments.

The convenient drip tray offers you easy cleaning after use. As with all KitchenAid outdoor appliances this side burner is built with Type 304 Stainless Steel Construction ? commercial grade stainless steel that will never rust. Protect your burners when not in use with the stainless steel lift off cover (included). This appliance is convertible to LP gas if needed.
