No product will be offered before it meets our own standards of consistent
manufacturing quality. All manufacturers warranties will be honored and any
quality issues will be resolved to your complete satisfaction. Porches And
Yards prides itself in having satisfied customers. In
the case of shipping damage, Porches & Yards should be notified the day
of delivery or as soon as possible but must be notified within 15 days after
delivery date.
Local Delivery:
Local Delivery is available and is based on weight and distance. In-house delivery
is also available by request. In-house delivery is required when any single
item ordered weighs over 120 lbs.
Payment:
Payment may be made by cashiers check, credit card, or money order. Credit
cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Payment
for orders may be divided, ½ at the time of placing the order and ½ at
the time of actual shipment. All orders must be paid in full by the time
of actual shipment.

Cancellations
Special order cancellations may be made up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
Once an order has entered production it can not be canceled without a restocking
fee of 25% of order total.
Product, Finish & Fabric Photos Disclaimer
We have made an effort to provide product, finish and fabric
images that closely represent their actual colors. However, due to all the
possible variants -- light source, monitor quality, etc. -- we can not guarantee
that the product, finish and/or fabric images accurately represent their true
colors. Please take this into consideration if you are trying to color match
materials.
